Jetbaz Terms & Conditions: What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before opening an account or using the services at jetbaz. This document defines the relationship between you and jetbaz.
General Terms of Service
By accessing the jetbaz platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions. These terms are formulated in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law and serve to protect both parties. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform. jetbaz reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account at jetbaz, you must be 18 years of age or older. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. A person may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing others to use your account or operating an account on behalf of a third party is not permitted. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT. Designated methods must be followed for deposits and withdrawals, and applicable limits must be observed. Processing withdrawal requests may take a certain amount of time, depending on the payment method. If a suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, jetbaz reserves the right to take necessary verification steps. If evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illicit activity is found, the account will be suspended and the associated funds may be held.
Prohibited Activities & Termination Conditions
Any form of fraud, use of bots, software manipulation, or other unfair practices on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing other users, using abusive language, or attempting to disrupt platform operations is not permitted. If a user engages in prohibited activities, jetbaz reserves the right to close the account without prior notice. In such cases, the associated balance may be forfeited. jetbaz reserves the right to close any account at any time at its discretion, and appeals in such matters may not be accepted.
Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
Jetbaz is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server issues, or third parties. Any loss arising from use of the platform is entirely the user's own responsibility. If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first; in most cases, a resolution can be reached through direct discussion. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi law. Should any provision of these terms be found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full effect.
